Community development

Hummingbird House’s vision is to see every family we support connected to a community that knows how to care for them in life, death and bereavement. We are currently designing and piloting a range of community development projects that support this vision. Some that connect Hummingbird House families for companionship and support, and some that connect existing community resources to explore how they can support families caring for a child with a life-limiting condition in their home and community.
