Wesley Mission Queensland

Wesley Mission Queensland is a leading not for profit organisation that has been supporting Queenslanders in need for more than 100 years. They are known and respected by government, industry partners, and the community for their ability to provide and initiate services and programs in response to the ever-changing needs within the community.

As the operating partner of Hummingbird House, WMQ provides clinical and administrative oversight over the day to day running of the House, which it supports with more than 80 years of experience in clinical care.

Wesley Mission Queensland is proud to be the clinical operator of Hummingbird House and contributed the land on which Hummingbird House has been built.

Wesley Mission Queensland (ABN: 28 746 881 862) is a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) with charity tax concessions, endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) and covered by Item 1 of the table in section 30-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.

Hummingbird House Foundation

Hummingbird House Foundation (trading as Hummingbird House) is a not for profit organisation, established in February 2011, to address gaps in services for Queensland children with a life-limiting condition and their families.

Hummingbird House Foundation (ABN 39 149 413 356) is a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not–For-Profits Commission (ACN 149 413 356), registered as a charity in Queensland (No. CH2066), and endorsed as an income tax exempt charitable entity and a deductible gift recipient (DGR 1).
