Coordinate a gift drive
Hummingbird House occasionally welcomes new gifts from our supporters that can be used in a functional or meaningful way for the families that we support. At Christmas time for example, we work with a number of corporate and community groups to collect toys for Santa’s Workshop, however the toys are carefully curated by our team, to ensure they meet our guests’ needs.
We also run a year-long gift card drive which supports our families to come together and create precious memories to last a lifetime. Whether it’s a family movie night, a pool party, or a picnic on our rooftop, a gift card helps us tailor special moments for special families – while giving them the freedom to choose what feels right for them.
We welcome gift cards from the following businesses, because of their broad appeal to families and/or proximity to Westfield Chermside.
